Sounds as if you're in a real hurry, or you might have looked in the application's help files, or the manual.
Okay, I'll help a little bit - there's many ways to get to different things, but here's a couple.
Right-click-drag waveblocks to move them in time, or to a different track entirely. When everything is in place, highlight the track and hit the lock on the toolbar to lock it in time so you don't indavertently move it (which you will, someday....)
I suggest you also hit Alt+2 and open the mixer! You can make all your global volume adjustments for your tracks there - and then there's volume envelopes that you can draw right on the waveblocks (for fades, etc.) Activate those from the toolbar, also.
A little time looking around in the context-based help would probably go a long way toward making this happen quicker, though - then come back with specific questions if you have them. Most of this is basic operational stuff.
