Adobe needs to get its act together .....
OK, although I feel that we Europeans are being ripped off when it comes to the upgrade (or new) cost of Audition, I did decide to go for it.
Adobe won't allow me (in Spain) to buy from an English speaking site, so I have to go through the Spanish one. That's not so bad, my Spanish isn't great, but I can get by. I place an order for the software and elect to have it posted to me - except that they don't do that, it's sent to me via a courier (another eight euros!, a posted CD would be about 50c). So far, so (fairly) good.
Then I get an email which, I think, is telling me how I can download it.
Why "I think"? Because the bloody email is in Swedish!!!!!
C'mon Adobe - you're not a couple of guys working out of a garage, you are a major international software company. You force me - a native English speaker, as evidenced by the fact I ordered the English version - to deal with your Spanish website and then send me instructions in Swedish. Heaven knows if I will get the English version I asked for.
WTF?
Come to think of it, I have had better support from guys working out of garages. Why is it that everything falls apart as soon a a major software house buys in a product? Mackie have made a total nonsense of Tracktion, for example. I shudder to think what will happen if someone like Adobe gets hold of Drumtrax - probably the guy currently offering, arguably, the best support in the world.

Any language as long as it begins with 'S'.
I'm sure your Swahili version will serve you well!

How do you get Drumtrax to work with AA?
Sounds like Adobe is up to something - speaking Swedish in Spain.

I have absolutely no idea
.
My original reference to Drumtrax was a mistake, I meant to say Jamstix.
I haven't tried any of the midi stuff out in AA3 - and probably never will.
