I can't see anything that seem even possibly related. What kind of "something" could do this?

I can't see a reason either!  The only thing that could do this is permissions....especially since you are getting a "forbidden" message.  I will look in the database.

I just edited* some security settings with the server that could *possibly* cause this type of problem.  I'm also sending you another pm...
