WWW

I'm looking to anyone who knows about some production libraries I'm missing... I'm looking for a production library for an adult standards station.  Combination of some oldies, motown, sinatra, elvis, etc, etc...Oldies is too zany sounding and trynity is to harsh.  Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.  I'm at a loss right now.

Looked at ABC libraries, looked at premiere libraries, no luck in the sound we are looking for.  Thanks in advance.

I'd never heard of the Adult Standards format  http://www.answers.com/topic/adult-standards until now. That era of music (and anything that sounds like it) was made "cheesy" by the younger generation of producers and there's a big clue to finding this kind of imaging material, look for cheese, cheesy. Kitsch is another word to search. I have a CD here, named Cheese by V - the production library.

Cheesy and Kitsch:

We added just this format last year and are using the TM Century GoldDisc Library. The CD's are available in .WAV format. (So, I think it's called GoldWav). More info here: http://jonestm.com/golddisc.asp

For our imaging library for our adult standards station, we ended up using ABC's Audioclipart.  We supplement it with some Trynity HD/FX so it is all good.  Eventually I will post a demo of the station for all to hear.

The ABC imaging library is indeed one of the greatest imaging packages ever made for US stations. Found a site that offers preview of their packages. It's at www.radiojingles.co.nr.
