mixdown not matching session

Does AA 2.0 add time to the mixdown?  Used to be I could put my mixdown back in the session and they line up perfectly.  But now after processing with Izotope Ozone 3 and using an Emu 1820m, they don't.  What gives?

I susepct that Ozone's EQing might be stretching some bits very slightly and overall this is causing the mis-match.
