According to Adobe

''4-byte PCM (type 1, 32‑bit)Saves 32‑bit audio as 32‑bit integers, retaining 192 dB of dynamic range. However, signal-to-noise ratio in saved files is 144.5 dB, reflecting the 32‑bit float format that Adobe Audition uses internally. ''

Thus Audition 3 should work in 32 bit integer format. However, I have only been able to save to 32 bit float.

Can someone please confirm or otherwise that 32 bit intger is available? How?

Thanks

Do a Save As with Windows PCM (.wav, .bwf) file type selected. Click on the Options button and when the dialogue box appears click the down arrow to reveal a list of all possible formats.

Got it, thanks.

One other thing, batch processing on Audition 3.0.1 on my PCs rarely work first go. It seems to need 'training' by opening a file and doing say, an upsample, followed by close down. Batch processing will then work when the program is re-opened and stay working.

Does anyone know if there is a fix , or some missing dll or element in the program?
