Binaural Auto-panner effect missing in AA CS5.5?

I have downloaded trial and found there are lots of effects missing including my favourite Binaural Auto-Panner (located in Stereo-Imagery in AA 3). Is this really true and these effects are gone forever or are they located somewhere else where I have not found them so far? Any possibility to get this Binaural Auto-Panner effect into CS5.5? Thanks.
