I'm having an issue with saving some files.  The 2 most common formats I save to are mp3 and "ACM WAVEFORM"(WAV)

If I mix down a file, and save it as mp3 without changing the settings, it will save at 128 kbps.  I prefer to save mp3s at 256kbs.  I can easily change it (and do) but, is there away to set the default to 256 and if I want to change it from there I can.

I am having a similar problem with ACM WAV.  I am a radio producer, and for whatever reason, ACM Waveform seems to work best with TLC (a scott studios program)

The problem is that the default for ACM WAV seems to be 8khz 8 bit mono (worse then telephone quality).  Again, I can change this easy enough, but it'd make my life easier if I could change the default to 44.1 16 bit stereo.

Is there a way to change the defaults so I don't have to change it every time?  Or any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Randy.
