does anyone know i combo of effects to make it sound like good quality vocals
No they don't - for several reasons. Firstly, vocals never end up any better in
quality that the original recording - which should be correctly made. There is absolutely nothing you can do to compensate for a poor sound in the first place, and smothering them in effects via the mastering rack is completely inappropriate in any case.
Secondly, all vocal recordings sound different - so the settings one person uses for one particular vocal will not necessarily apply to any other one. And also, you often have to EQ vocals so that they sit in a track appropriately, and we have no information at all about what you are trying to achieve. And as a result of this, 'quality' is a variable quantity...
So no, collectively we have no idea about what you should do, because you've told us nothing about the circumstances. But if you search around in the forum and the archive, you will find a lot of threads about achieving good-sounding vocals; this has been covered a number of times before.
