glitches and pops when trying to burn to disc

I  currently have cool edit pro 2.0  I have no problem with play back or mixdown but when I try to burn my mix to a disc using Roxio the disc has a pop just after the end of the first track and and odd glitch sounds from track 2 forward.  I have burned several discs so its not a one time issue,  and when listening back to the mix there is no issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Are you burning your mix as "CD Audio" ? That is, WAV ?

Do you have anything else to burn with besides Roxio ?

Before making edits, select "Compact Disc 75fps" in "Display Time Format". That should prevent clicks as you describe.
