refreshing effects list stops when it reaches DX: Nero Digital DMO Wrapper

Anyone has any idea? After I installed Nero 8, the refreshing effects list doesn't go through the process anymore. If I uninstall Nero then it works just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

I use Nero7 and that is no problem. I would suggest when you reinstall Nero8 don't install all the add ons just the bare bones.

thanks, I did install only the smartstart, express and vision. Apparently the refreshing effects list doesn't get through because of that direcxt x

DXMan will allow you to disable that particular DX effect without having to uninstall nero.
