Hello Friends,

This forum has helped me tremendously in regard to the information sought by me as the first step of journey towards my goal. And it is the time now to move on. I hope and expect the same kind of guidance and help in response to this post.
 Following are my queries:

1. When I make a silent subliminal @ 16.5KHz by raising my voice recording to 16.5 Khz and than applying a scientific filter (high and Low pass = 16.5 kHz), most of the times result sounds like tinnitus. Now the problem is when I listen to it with head phones, I have a general feeling of uneasiness in my ears, as if there has been too much pressure on ears and even after a few minutes of listening this silent subliminal recording, I get kind of a dizzy or brain tired feeling. Is listening to high frequencies detrimental for ears or I am making some mistake somewhere?

2. How do I adjust the volume correctly of my voice recording so that after raising it to high frequency of 16.5KHz, it is safe for my listening yet the sound reaches the brain effectively?

3. what is the best way of making subliminal recordings using AA 3 without raising the voice frequency and how do I mask it with any other sound file so that the subliminal messages  are heard by my brain bypassing the conscious mind?

I have attached a short 30 second mp3 file for your checking where I have my voice recording shifted to 16.5KHz frequency .

Please check and let me know if I have been able to make the silent subliminal file correctly and I request you all for your guidance in regard to the best possible method to make subliminal recordings using Adobe Audition 3.

Thanks so much.

Thank you Zemlin for your reply. I have already read all the posts with word "subliminal". I have learnt all that I wanted to about brainwave and binaural tones and want help with my queries so that I can advance.

I shall be immensely grateful if you could guide and enlighten me.
