Don't need no coffee...

The pitch stability within individual words is very poor indeed. With the demo cuts, having all of those separate bits strung together with no true pitch cohesion between them is going to be very off-putting to any potential purchasers with ears, one suspects. In this sort of material, it's relatively easy to 'fix' this - even the autotune settings would be better than no correction at all.

Alternatively, employ somebody who's had some vocal training to do the sung bits. The track with the female backing vocalist(s) was particularly... well I don't know quite what the word is, but they aren't getting my vote, that's for sure.

The demo tracks, within the genre, seem otherwise okay, and I don't have any particular problems with the spoken voice - it's just the singing that grates. But as I said, it's fixable. And it should  be fixed...
