Here is a question to smart people out there that use SS32. We just recived our system this week. Scott Studios was shiped with there new production manager TLC. Also on the all production computers  AA was installed. Currently we are having problems with our levels on our songs in the system. If i understand the DMark Guy right we can pull songs directly from our server computer and tweek them using AA. I tryed but it's not saving tag information, it will make me re-type it in TLC after it's resaved. any tips?

Interesting...I've never had that problem before.  Are you saving at full-blown wave files?

yep, you have to pull the songs to the local box off your server, then open in AA do the edit then do a save but when you save the box, "Save Extra Non-Audio Information" must be checked. and then once you close it and reopen TLC, double click the file start playing to make sure it plays and then send it to the network again.  if you do it that way you shouldn't have to relabel any of it.  Questions PM me and I will give you my number direct to my studio if this is confusing.  Hope this helps...let me know.

Haha. Yes. I'm still need to set these copys up. Thanks James. The "Save Extra Information" wasn't checked I'm just use to them being checked on all my other AA. Thanks!
