Hey,

I was wondering if there was anyway I can change the sample rate of my MT session after its been created, cause ive stupidly finished my task but it needs to be 48kHz not 44.1.

This is possible, and requires resampling and saving a whole new set of files.  So first make a new folder as the destination for your new files.  Second, with your session open, select File/Save Session As, and name your resampled session in the correct location.  Then notice the tick box in the lower left corner - "Save Copies of Associated Files" -- that when ticked, enables the "Options" button.  Click on that and you can specify to save in any file format and sample rate.  I do recommend setting the sample conversion settings to a high quality number (if I'm in no hurry, I uncheck "pre/post filtering" and put the quality slider as high as it will go), and saving wav files in 32-bit float for maximum quality.
