Hey guys!

Long time no chat!  Its been a year now since I started my internet radio station.

its been great, ups and dows, but consistent.  At one point I even turned over management to someone, that didnt work out - lol.

But its had a slow steady growth.  The whatever you say is what we play did a great thing, got great feedback and found a niche group of followers.  Also, the many DJs from around the country have helped a lot.  I found a great niche and am ready to take advantage of it.

So far the station pays for itself, but its no Clear Channel...yet Wink

For my 1 year anniversary I am going to flip the format to the Best of the 90s and Best of Unsigned Music.

For at least 30 days I will be doing a "trip -a-day-give-a-way".  I have 4 day, 3-night certificates for hotel accomodations at resorts all over the world.  Winner just needs to pay room tax of like $30

I am doing a facelift on the site (see a preview here:  www.hotcityradio.com/90s/header.html),  adding some technology like sending free text messages and ordering concert tickets from the site.

Just making a big deal overall of the whole "new" station thing.

Matt from Audio Voiceworks rocks - he has helped with all station IDs, sweepers and general imaging and is just wonderful - I highly recommend his services www.Audiovoiceworks.com

So I need some help -- I need resources for top 40 hits of the 90s  and any celebrity drops.

Anyone with a resource (or private stock) please get in touch with me.

Also anyone with countdown, or can do countdown of 90s CHR would be GREAT!

Im always Looking for regular DJs to do shows.

Thanks so much - you guys were very helpful and insightful when i started, I could not have done it without my fellow audiotechs  and Now I'm ready to move towards REALLY monetizing the site.

Blessings to you all!

Hey HotCity!

Glad to hear all is going well. I'm sorry my voice paarts didn't work out for you, but I'm working on it as I have my own show on our 70s and 80s mix station we call Classic Top 40. Anyways, I have quite a bit (23 minidisks full) of 90s to early 2000s Hot AC tracks if you are interested. I got them recorded from the station back when that was our format. All of them have not been listed in my database as so many other things have had to take a higher priority. But I DO have listings of them and if there is something specific let me know.
