Mic amp question

I wonna buy condenser mic. Now my question is will my mixer "Behringer UB1002" be beter or same quality as cheap preamp( to 200$) that i maybe buy?

Well, just using the pay more, get more principle, your mixer cost $79, and is a mixer as well as a mic pre-amp, so a dedicated $200 mic pre-amp is almost certain to be better quality
