... but can be bounced. But then it's a pity that if you do that and mute the original, the program still seems to be processing the effects on the muted tracks/busses, which rather spoils the point of bouncing them.
Which is exactly the same behaviour as with previous versions. I guess Adobe think that you might want to unmute them at any time so the data has to be processed and ready to be output if necessary.
