Percentage of All Music Released on CD?
Has anyone ever run across an approximate percentage of all (commercially released) music ever recorded that has been released on CD? I recall reading somewhere it was about 20%, but can't seem to find that source. If anyone can enlighten me, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Extra kudos if you can point out a source I can cite.
