The playout systems are not used to their potential on UK radio as they are on US radio. There is an attitude problem with Enco and Selector too, most PDs can't be bothered to look at the creative ways that playout systems can be used to make really cool radio, such as BPM beat-mastering, or even matching songs in the same key. Day-parting is just about understood to a very basic degree so far, and there's enough disagreement about whether some songs are 'morning' or 'evening' songs. Some examples (not all) can be argued for either way.

Anyway, I posted because I have produced another version of my promo, taking into account all the good advice on here from friends like Emmett and Marty.

This one's hotter and more intersting I hope:

uggggggg things have been hectic in my little part of the world.  Thanks for the props guys from the previous posts.

Emmett, I do like this new mix of yours better.  Cuz ive been overloaded with commercial production, I have yet to complete my version of your Angels Of Rock Promo--but rest assured, my goal is to get it done today.  I think you'll like it.

Since everyone has been playing around with BFM's voice, I thought I would have a little fun.  It's a bit hotter, but that's just my style.

Love it Emmett!  cheesy That's what I call hectic. It's got to the point with promos and imaging where how the message is said is more important than the message itself.
