I cannot extract audio from the CD at all.  I've tried the two suggestions in the owners manual.............Open Command and Extract CD tracks with the Extract Audio from CD command.  I cannot accomplish the extraction.  Do I need to use Nero to accomplish this?

Don't know where to start.

Please help!

If you are using Windows 7, some people find it works, some people find it just can't be made to work at all.

If using an earlier OS, someone else may well have more suggestions - it should work.

The normal recommendation for extracting audio from CD's is the free "Exact Audio Copy", which is well established and well worth the cost. An internet search will soon find it.
