Noise problem...AA2
So I just built myself a new pc, i7 build with win7 pro 64 bit. I threw aa2 on it last night along with Reason4. So I opened up AA2 and tried recording a little bit and I noticed I was getting some noise when recording. I never had this problem with my other pc so im guessing its some settings possibly...hopefully... It seems to run a constant wave form at around -45 db on the meter in AA2 no matter what I do.
Anyways this is some of the troubleshooting I went through last night...
I hit record and let it go on while messing around to see if I could kill the noise, I turned off the preamp(still noise), I turned off the interface(still noise), I maxed out the volume in win7 then turned it all the way down(still noise), soloed the track I was recording(still noise), at this point I was at a loss for what to do next.
Any suggestions? I would be greatfull...

No idea - but if you insist on running on a platform that's not supported, then I think you are rather on your own with this one.
How about a sample of the noise? That might help identify a possible source.

Yeah I hear you on that, but Ive heard people using AA2 just fine with win7 64 bit...
Im not at my pc at the moment but ill get a sample up tonight.
I just find it wierd that there is no input into the track and its still getting noise

Re: Noise problem...AA2 update-fixed
I figured out the problem, since it was a new pc build I didn't have a audio driver...lol.
Downloaded asio4all and it fixed it right up.
