I don't know if anyone else encounters this, but when I am recording vocals I tend to record, delete, record, delete, etc.  I do hip hop, so the fast pace lyrics tend to take some time.  Well whenever you delete the recorded vocal in the multi track, you still have to go back and delete the files in the other list.  Nothing to big but it drives me crazy especially when I am in "go mode" and forget to delete the other and now I have like 15 extra peices to the session.

If that is the case then you will have a lot of unused files to cleanup on your hard disk so you may want to check either this thread http://audiomastersforum.net/amforum/index.php/topic,6830.0.html or this one http://audiomastersforum.net/amforum/index.php/topic,6829.0.html or this one http://audiomastersforum.net/amforum/index.php/topic,6666.0.html

You may want to also try the "Files>Close Unused Media" option in AA.
