How can I stop CEPx6090.tmp, this files, from being taped into my temp folder?.

I've no idea - but it doesn't sound like something you should do.

Lots of softwares - including CEP and AA - create temp files as part of their normal course of operation.  CEP and AA even give you an option as to where you would like to keep them.  In theory, temp files should be automatically removed when you close the application, but sometimes this doesn't happen and I often find stray files sitting in my temp directories.  I just pop into those directories every now and then and delete any temp files I find there.
