List of VST plugins to enable

I'm not quite sure if this AA or not, but when I refreshed my effects I used to get a nice list of all VST's with checkboxes I could use to define which FX to include. After rebuilding my Machine, OS, etc I no longer get this list. Does anyone know where it came from and where it might have gone?
