hi,

At the radio station i work for we are rolling out Adobe Audition 2.0 on new XP loaded PCs we lease. These PCs are often used by multiple users (ie sometimes up to 10+ people), but we want to setup Adobe Audition 2.0 with some default settings and the same visual layout for ALL USERS - ie, 4 Mono tracks, logarithmic stereo panning mode, export at 16bit mono etc.

And if possible with the ASIO4ALL driver selected as the default too, and even custom keyboard shortcuts if thats possible!

The idea being that when anyone logs on they get a standard setup much like we had with version 1.5 which needed far less tweaking to get 'right'.

Does anyone know if this is possible? Can you save or export these settings to a file(s) to put on other machines etc.  Can workspaces be exported to a file and loaded elsewhere?

Any help or ideas would be welcome.

Ryan

The nearest you are going to get with this is to set up a session with all settings as you require and then save this as the default session. Put this default session on the desktop. Then if everyone opens the default session, rather than opening Audition and then a session, they should all get the same setup.
