1/2" Tape transfer in UK?

Is anyone here able to help with a 1/2" stereo (or possibly mono) transfer of audio to CD from a set of tapes made by a Scottish animation company? Preferably in the UK. Should be a straightforward job, though the postage might add up...

I've never used them, but there's a studio in north London called Lighthouse who have a machine, and will probably be able to do this - but their flat rate is £30/hr for everything.
