I recently bought 2 Delta 44's with the impression (not pointing any fingers) that I could sync both together and record up to 8 tracks simultaneously. But low and behold, I'm having sync problems between the two cards. I've tried what appears to be obvious in the driver settings but can't seem to get it to work. Anyone ever done this before? If not, any other suggestions or should I just return both of them and get a Delta 1010? I really need at least 6 inputs for tracking drums...

There's definitely some tweaking required for linking multiple Deltas together in a machine - you'd really have to contact M-Audio for that info...

But honestly, if you're needing 6-8 inputs for recording, I'd probably go with a 1010 rather than using 2 (pci slots/IRQs and 2) cards.
