Hi, i'm new and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Nick, and i'm produce radio commercials for a dedicated radio production company. I also do freelance audio work. At home I use CEP 2, but at work we use a standalone system. I prefer CEP. I've worked in radio/audio for about 5 years now. So... hi. :)

Hi knightshow,

Some of the forum members are persons of few words (as you can see), though their hearts are warm in inverse proportion to their verbosity. I'm better known for rabbiting on at great length where a couple of words would have sufficed. Anyway, if like me you regularly read this forum, you'll learn rather more than you expected, ('cos I thought I knew everything, until I read a couple of posts from the Gold Members and realised that I knew almost nothing...) - and hopefully you will have some advice, tips and tricks from your own experience to contribute in due course.

Meanwhile, get the guys at work to ditch the 'standalone system'!

A Winter's day in a deep and dark December, I am a stand alone (system).....
I have no need of friendship. Friendship causes pain. It's laughter and it's loving I disdain.
I am no rock but I am an island.

I have my loops and my Cool Edit to protect me..

Blah blah.... Welcome new person.

If I make no sense it's cause I am in a different time zone

I think everybody is in a different time zone except for me, of course.

"What time zone are you in?"
"The same as post78. Always with post78..."

Let's celibate!

Probably just too...Er, well... just too much of a horndog, I guess.....

Let's just celebrate, instead.
