budget sound cards

Hi All. I need a good quality low end Sound card for digital recording only. no midi/no mixing/editing/mastering...etc....
I just want to get 10 to 12 tracks on, burn to CD. And then Mix on Protools at a friends house.
Is a SoundBlaster Live 5.1 a decent soundcard?

Hmmm... do you want budget, or decent? Too many problems with SoundBlaster to recommend it for recording.
I still recommend Turtle Beach's Santa Cruz. At between $60-80 it's a great value for the dollar.
