Ok Look Here's What Happened..I Was Finished Recording And Lined Everything Up Perfectly In Multi Track View..All Of A Sudden My Comp Messed Up And Cool Edit Closed Then I Opened It Back Up And It Said "Continue Now" And I Clicked It But It Closed Again..Then I Restarted My Comp And The Continue Now Wasnt There Anymore..In My Cool Edit Folder Are 2 Dat Files..Recovery01.dat And recvr.dat Both Are Dated At The Time When I Was Lining Up My Files..Is There Anyway I Can Open These And Get What I Recorded Back?

The actual recorded data is in temp file(s) on your hard disk. Depending on how you were doing your recording, it is possible - if you are really lucky - that you can get your recording (not the session) out of the temp files.
Find a large temp file from the correct time frame and try reading it as a raw PCM file - you will have to supply sample rate info, but you should know that.
If it comes up jumbled in little pieces, your pretty much screwed as the order stored blocks is not sequential.
