I have been using scripts for the past year or so and these have always come up in Mode2. Now, for no reason that I can fathom, they are coming up in Mode 4 and, consequently, not working properly.
It would appear that I've changed a settiong somewhere accidentally.
Can anyone please explain the difference in Modes and how this is achieved.
Cheers!!

One of the differences is being able to run in batch mode.
I'm not sure what could have changed in your case, but I do know that if you don't follow instructions to the letter this can happen.
You can always edit the script file and change the mode - it has worked for me in the past.

I think if you highlight a selection, then start recording the script, it will come up in Mode 4 and not let you run it as a batch. Start recording the script with nothing highlighted. That should fix it up for you.
