I have a wave file that has some whispers , how can i enchance/amplify the whispers to make them louder and clearer...
i am on win 95 using cool edit 2000
guys please help me out over here....:(

Transform > Amplitude > Amplify.
Remember to check the help file. =)

All the Amplify function does is..... AMPLIFY the wave. (turn up the volume). You need to see how much amplification the wave needs and choose the appropriate amount!
