Is it possible to match the beats per minute on two seperate tracks? When I go to the edit tempo section they both say 120 beats per minute but the beats do not match when played. Please respond in "Sound Editing for Dummies" language.

This must be my day to reccomend the Program called ACID. Goto acidplanet.com and you can d/l a free version, it's a good program, and can be handy for beat mixing, only in wav form however. Hope this helps.

There is also a nice program to fully automatically calculate the bpm of songs called "Beat Counter": http://members.nbci.com/CubicCarrot/
