Once I have recorded my vocals, what is the best order to take in achieving a good vocal sound. i.e amount of Compression, EQ, Reverb. etc.

Usually i'll just play around with them all untill i get the desired sound. "the best vocal sound" is relative to what you want it to sound like. Just screw with it untill you're happy.
