i work with a laptop and small hard drive (4.3) and I need another medium to save sessions and their corresponding wav files to other than my hard drive. Is there any way to save to a floppy (or CD)

Hello. Well, you could certainly archive (as data) your sessions and wav files to CD. But you have to save them to the hard drive first, and then burn them (as data) to CDR with a burning application like EZ-CD or Nero.

As far as saving to floppy disk, this is virtually impossible, considering that floppies hold 1.44mb (approx) and a Mono, 44100, 16-bit, minute-long Windows PCM wave requires 5mb of space.

Hi 5String if your talking about Zip/Orb Disks yes you can but as Syntrillium Support said keep in mind WAV (Audio) files
are 5 MB per Track per minute, or in the case of a 100MB Zip disk - 10 minutes Stereo (16 bit,44100 - CD quality).

I Hope that Helps.
