What step need to mix vocal after record?

What step do I need to do after record my vocal.

and What order do I need to do ( echo, delay, reverb... order which one first...last)

What are you trying to do?  Is this vocals for music?  A voice-over for a commercial?  Please give us more details.

so the matter is how to make my vocal better for pop music, and for rap music

There's not just a one-size-fits-all formula for this.  There's lots of things to consider, like the characteristics of your voice, the equipment you're using, etc.  But basically, if you're going to add compression, do that before you add any reverb, eq, or echo.  Also, always keep a "dry" version of your vocals, just in case you need to start over.  Remember, with processing, a little can go a long way -- it's easy, especially for someone new to this, to add too much and turn it into mush.  Add effects a little at a time, and don't overdo it. Add just enough eq, etc., to get your vocals to stand out from the bacjkground music.  Hopefully, someone with more experience in this field will offer more advice, but I hope this helps.
