translating sessions from Cool Edit into Au 3

I open a session that I've been mixing in Cool Edit 2.1 into Au 3.  It opens some of the session information, but scrambles a lot of my plugin information - all the EQ settings are completely wrong, for instance - Au exchanges the settings of one track for another.

Anybody else have this happen to them?  I'm having to painstakingly recreate the settings from the Cool Edit mixes by hand in Au.

As the entire engine has been rewritten, along with a lot of the effects, I think you should be happy that any of it works
