It's not 'someone', it was me. We've had more than enough discussion about dither, which is why the previous thread was locked, with a note that you clearly haven't read.

And what you asked wasn't a question, it was a request for somebody to waste some time testing whatever you posted - not the same thing at all. After all that discussion, this was unreasonable. If you do what it says in the original thread correctly, it works - end of story.

There is absolutely no appeal against this decision.
