In AA1.5 I used to be able to Edit > Mixdown to new file my session, and any markers/ranges in the multi-track would transfer into the mixdown file.  AA3 doesn't transfer the markers.

eg:  I used to mix down a bunch of station IDs which were sequential along the time line, and marked with ranges.  I could Edit > Mixdown to new file a temporary file into memory, and then do a batch export on all the marked ranges, and each ID would wind up in it's own file, named by the marker tag.  I could then close the temp "mixdown" file without saving to hard drive.

I've looked for a preference setting (F4) but nothing has jumped out to make this work again.  Anybody know of any settings somewhere I'm missing?

If you're saving as a WAV file...when you go to save the file as PCM, check the box right below the file type dropdown:

"Save extra non-audio information"

This will save your markers/rangers along with other metadata.
