Fruity Loop/Hypersonic Problem

i have hypersonic in fl, it plays (i hear the sounds) b4 i try to record, but i don't hear any noise when i try to record. what preferences or info do i need to check? can any1 assist?

same problem i faced too.... anybody knows the solution.... plz help...
