Zoom Controls

I'm looking for the way to adjust the ZOOM control to select the order of the buttons I want, and which buttons I want. So far I haven't been able to find it. Anyone know?

I just make keyboard shortcuts for the ones I use regularly. For instance I change = to "zoom into left edge of selection" so when editing if I have no range selected it just zooms into the cursor.
