This is an odd one - I don't know where it really belongs, but here goes:

I don't often try to record two inputs at once, but I wanted to use two mics on some vocals and record them onto two tracks. On my mixer I panned the mics left and right and could see them respond on the meters. In the Echo Mia Console I can see the signals in the Analog input 1 and 2 - BUT when I try and assign  the tracks in AA2 it only shows Analog 1! So my only choices are stereo analog 1 or mono analog 1. So both my mic signals are being  channeled to the same track. If I chose stereo they are mixed on the left channel, if I choose mono they are mixed to the mono channel. Now I know I used to be able to do this, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what has changed - can someone please point out the obvious setting I need to fix? Please?

Oh well,

It just goes to show how much it helps to write a problem down - I tried some other ASIO drivers and they all detected both inputs, so I reinstalled the Echo ASIO and everything is back to normal - whew!

And I hope it was the fairly recently-released new driver while you were at it?  I can't recall however what that new driver actually does that's useful, but none the less being up-to-date is usually advisable.

Yes indeed it was - I check pretty regularly for updates
