Hello.
I've been perusing the boards for a while now and they are a great source of info. One question I haven't found an answer to is this: I will arm a track and once I hit Record, I get a msg saying "To continue working where you left off, please restart Audition". Once I close the msg, the software closes. I can't find anything in the manual nor the well stocked Help menu.
My system includes:
XP Pro
Audiophile 24/96
ASUS A7N8X2.0
512 MB RAM
120 gig HD

I plan to use the PC exclusively for recording, so there's not really anything else on it other than Soundforge 7.0 and Easy CD Creator.
Thanks

Check the setting of the leftmost "play" button in the transport. Right-click on it to see and set the options. Ensure that one of the first three options is selected. If one of the remaining options is used, recording may stop unexpectedly or fail to start under some circumstances.
