The problem is following:
I have a movie with Translation mixed with original channel, but my goal is to get the voice of the interpretor on its own , separate it from original soundtrack its mixed with and save it.I mean i want to literally ripp off the voice of interpreter from soundtrack. Is it possible to do with Adobe Audition or any other program?I tried to work with Central Extractor Channel and cut the voice but all what a got was degradable original sound but i need the voice of interpreter...So guys i need your advice!

If all of the audio is one just the one track, then you stand no chance at all - it's that simple.

Anybody who said they could separate two lots of dialogue on the same track is probably pulling your leg - you simply can't do that. If you are in any doubt about this, find one of them and give them the track to separate, and see what happens...
The options are as follows:
1.) It's a stereo track, and the original dialogue is on one channel, and the translation is on the other. This is easy - just remove one channel and turn the one you want into dual mono.
2.) The original dialogue is in the centre of the stereo field, and the translation is left or right. You stand some sort of chance of separating these using Audition's centre channel extractor - but I doubt whether it will be perfect.
3.) The dialogue and translation are in the same (generally centre) portion of the stereo field, and there are other things in the rest of it - this is he most likely scenario. This is also the one that they, and you, can do nothing about because there is no technical spatial or temporal means of differentiating one signal from the other.[/list:u]
If it's from a multilanguage DVD, then there may be other options. But since you haven't indicated anything about the source, I can't say.

If you have one track with no interpreter and one with the mix, you might be able to invert paste the one over the other. If you get the timing to be sample accurate and figure out the best amplitude for cancellation, you might get somewhere. But if one is stereo and one is mono, this will get dicey.

Ok i'll make it clear:
I have the AVI movie in XviD\DivX format with 48kHz stereo sound, where translation is put on original sound (already integrated),but still im able to get two tracks: one with original sound the other with translation mixed with original sound. They both are Stereo 48kHz.I would be very grateful if someone would show me how to get rid of original sound and get only the voice of interpreter on its own.

This seems to be very close to what i have. Can you please specify how to do that in Abode Audition?

There's a number of ways to do this in AA.
An easy one that comes to mind would be to ID which track does NOT have the interpreter - left, or right?
Then use the CHANNEL MIXER effect under EFFECTS AMPLITUDE - if the track you want to KEEP is the right, set both tracks to use 100% of the right channel, and 0% of the left channel. This will basically copy the right channel to both tracks.

He said that both tracks were stereo, so the Channel mixer is not the best solution here, I think.
I would go this way:
load both stereo files into Audition, in Edit View
select the whole waveform without the interpreter
copy
go to the file with the interpreter
position the cursor at the beginning of the file
Use Mix Paste with Invert checked for both channels, channels levels set to 100, the Overlap(Mix) option chosen and no looping.
The resulting file should contain the interpreter only.
If it does not work, there are two non-exclusive possibilities: either the non-interpreter audio has a different level (loudness) in both files, or there is misalignment in time between the tracks.
I would handle this in MultiTrack view (actually, the simple solution which I gave above can be also done in MultiTrack View): put the files into separate tracks, invert one of them using invert button in AA2.0's Mixer or Channel mixer in Edit View in an earlier version.
Now, to solve the problem with different levels, just play the file and vary the level of one track until non-interpreter audio cancels out. Then mixdown the result to a file.
If the problem is time misalignment, you have to shift one of the tracks in time until you get cancelling. You may have to zoom in, or to enter the required offset value in Clip properties. You may want to switch time display to Samples to able to enter the exact amount. Another option is to hold Alt and press left or right cursor key to move the clip. If you are zoomed in, then it will move by one sample. You have to be very precise, the matching must be sample-accurate. If time misalignment and level difference occur in the same time, then you will have quite a lot of work to do, but it can be done.
But, if non-interpreter audio was attenuated somewhat while the interpreter was speaking, then you are in a bigger trouble. If the attenuation is the same for every intepreter's utterance, then you can use the same method to cancel out non-interpreter audio underlying the interpreter's utterances, and then use volume envelopes to silence what is between them. If attenuations varies, you will have to work with each utterance separately.

I re-read the original post - I was working toward the wrong goal. Sorry.
