hi i'm new here.  Cool

i'm running AA 2.0 on a laptop with mbox as the sound card.

i'm trying to do some loop recording using time grid.

for example. i would record a drum loop set at 90 bpms, put the drums
on track one for 4 bars...

track two will be on loop record, using a motif keyboard.

when i tried to loop record, when the loop comes back around (end of loop) IT HESITATES, STOPS FOR A HALF A SECOND, and continues to record.

also i'd like to know how i can make the yellow cursor move on grid
measure by measure (blocks)

THANKS

You need to set the time display to Bars & Beats, if you haven't already done so. Then turn on Snap to Ruler Coarse and Snap to Ruler Fine. Also possibly Snap to Loop End. These can be found by Right Clicking on the Time Display bar at the bottom of the Multitrack view.
