Looks like a little display bug

I like the original CE/AA dark interface so I set the UI brightness to 0 or 2 in 2.0.  Whenever I restart the program the background gets darker than it was set. The setting in Preferences does not change, only the background is darker. This is annoying in the Main tab of MV, because the EQ, Sends, Effects, and Inputs/Outputs icons are not visible (at 0 brightness) or barely visble (at 2), except the one which is currently selected.

A solution is to go to Preferences, move the UI Brightness slider to a different value and back to 0 or 2. Of course, the solution works only untill the program is restarted.

I can see it on 2 different computers. Can you reproduce the problem?

Imagine that.  Yes, I set the brightness slider to "2," closed, reopened, and the UI was darker than a "0" setting.  Went to the brightness slider, touched the down arrow to a "1," brightness jumps up.

I've been keeping mine at 19, where it's a bit darker and the hottext numbers turn orange.  The bug doesn't appear at that level.

Absolutely the same experience as MC.

I get exactly the same result with a setting of 2.

I also use 19 normally, for exactly the same reason.
