Hello Out there, My question is can this program cnvert a 4 bit wave file to a 16 bit MP3? Can such a thing be done? I have a wave file that is 4 bit and I want to convert it to an MP3.

Of course you can. You must go to Rdit>Convert Sample Type and choose 44.100Hz and 16 bit. Then you can save the wave as MP3.
