I just opened a large MP3 file (entire LP) into CE2K and then set cue points and batch processed it back into inidivual MP3 files. The timings are all off. The breaks between songs were pretty clear, I even zoom in before snapping, but on playback some songs start 5-6 seconds before the end of the previous song and some songs go over into the next song by 5-6 seconds. First time I've seen this. Anybody else seen it?

I've never seen this happen. Were you using Cue Ranges or Cue Points, and then Merging the points before batching? The best (and most accurate way) to make cues for songs and keep them in tact is to use ranges. The merging can often cause confusion, and leave you with similar problems.

Highlight an entire section (ie, one complete song) and hit F8. This will make a range. Do this for each song, and then click batch and choose the 'Save To Files' option.
