Hi there,
Is there a possibility to chose entire folders as source files for batch processing? And secondly: when batch processing files, let's say *.WAV to MP3, how can I make sure that the correct MP3 preset is chosen? When starting the batch script, there is no possibility under the destination format to define the MP3 preset.
Thanks for any hint,
Thomas

I may be wrong but I think when you start the batch script it will do everything exactly the way you did it when you "recorded" the script.

Hello Thomas. As far as batching the entire contents of a folder, you can certainly do that, but you must highlight and add the contents to the list.
THEN, click on SCAN LIST so that Cool Edit can determine all of the original, pre-batched file attributes.
THEN, click on CHANGE OPTIONS, and this will allow you to select the desired MP3 Kbps rate/preset.

Thomas, I had the same problem too I while back, and then suddenly and mysteriously it fixed itself. So I can't tell you what to do to fix it expect reread the following thread and hope for something magical. -Sean Baker the Music Maker.
